The nets were
opened this morning but the wind soon picked up and all nets had to be closed
by around 6am. A good chunk of the nest boxes in the middle of the island were
checked and 29 Great Tit (Talgoxe) chicks were ringed from them. Two Wood Warblers
(Grönsångare) were seen with one heard singing and a Woodcock (Morkulla) was
flushed from the forest floor.
