Nets were kept open until around 16:00 today due to continuing movement after the standard ringing period. 287 birds were ringed, the highest catch so far of the year, this included 169 Goldcrest (Kungsfågel) and the second Jay (Nötskrika) of the season – only the 4^th ever ringed on Landsort. 8 Jay (Nötskrika) were seen around the observatory late morning.
