Early rain with a threat of thunder delayed opening until 0630 when all 30 nets were opened, some being closed at 1100 and the rest at 1145.

A quiet start to the day with some blank net rounds before a slight improvement later to give 18 new birds of 5 species, all but one bird being warblers.

A public guided talk given to eight adults at 1130 until 1300.

Two flocks of Myrspov flew over the Obs in the early afternoon, one of 130 passing just over the building.

There will be four at the Obs overnight: Chris, Kay, Bosse & Lena.
