Overnight rain continued into this morning which meant we were again unable to open the nets, eventually it reduced to a drizzle which continued on and off until the afternoon. For the first time in a while there was noticeable migration over this island, most obvious were 600 Woodpigeons (Ringduva), several hundred Fieldfare (Björktrast), smaller numbers of the other thrush species and good numbers of finches and Reed Bunting (Sävsparv). Two Great Grey Shrike (Varfågel) were present, one at Saltmar and one at Södra Udden while a Woodcock (Morkulla) was at Batteri.
