The day
started with rain and high winds which prevented us opening any nets this
morning. It brightened up throughout the day but strong northeasterlies
continued. The Moose (Älg), which has been seen sporadically throughout the
past couple of weeks was seen again in the forest near Batteri, and a Cuckoo
(Gök) was seen in flight near the obs.
