Overnight rain cleared at 0630, when nets were opened until 1200, with continuing strong, occasionally very strong, NW winds limiting the number of nets in use.

A total of 63 new birds of 12 species including a Barred Warbler (Höksångare), the latest ever trapped at the Observatory by three days. Also caught the first nine Long-tailed Tit (Stjärtmes) of the autumn.

Mikael headed north and had some good migration watching.

Liam leaves today, a big thanks to him for being here to help with the ringing.
