At last, all nets opened with netting taking place from 0615 until 1215. Sadly, nobody remembered to tell the birds – so just 35 new birds of 13 species. This is the 1st of October NOT the first of July???

Nilkas & Rasmus spent the morning in the north, but returned equally disappointed with their results!

Thanks to Tore for calling up to put the new router in, keeping us up to date and operational. Great also to have spent time with Rasmus: good company and a credit to the Observatory.

There will be six at the Obs overnight: Chris, Kay, Liam, Niklas, Mikael and Håkan.
