A quiet and still start to the morning quickly changed into a bustle of activity in the bushes around the Fågelstation as the Lövsångare/willow warbler started to move just after 6am. The first Blåhake/bluethroat of the autumn, a juvenile, was ringed.
Highlights during seawatch from the lighthouse were 76 Bläsand/wigeon, 3 Årta/garganey, 3 Gråhakedopping/red-necked grebe and 366 Storskarv/cormorant going southwest.
