Strong winds through the morning resulted in no ringing until a brief lull late morning allowed for a few nets to be opened before increasing winds stopped ringing for the day. Just 9 new birds of 6 species caught.

A short-notice additional guided talk given to 6 people from 0845 until 0930.

Some evidence of migration attempts this morning, with most birds returning soon after passing the Obs!! Summary of some of the better sightings will be shown later.

There will be five at the Obs overnight: Chris, Kay, Sorcha, Niklas and Per.
