Nets opened at 0345 and closed at 1100 with 29 new birds of 7 species, including a Blyth’s Reed Warbler (Busksångare), the first since 2016.

Afternoon spent checking more Starling (Stare) nest boxes. Five more chicks ringed from two boxes, to give 34 new birds of 8 species overall.
Low levels of occupancy this year from the boxes checked so far.

Swift (Tornseglare) continue to investigate the nest boxes, with three coming and going through the day.
