A brisk northwesterly breeze again limited the number of nets opened. Six birds were ringed including a Marsh Warbler (Kärrsångare) and a Reed Warbler (Rörsångare). Throughout the morning 936 Black-headed Gull (Skrattmås) were counted migrating southwest across the island, these dates in late July are typically the time of peak migration for the species. From Vadarbunkern this evening 76 Oystercatcher (Strandskata) and eight Dunlin (Kärrsnäppa) were counted migrating in one hour.
