53 birds were ringed this morning, although we started closing nets earlier due to increasing wind. The most numerous species caught was Redstart (Rödstjärt) with 22 ringed plus a Swedish control, a Jackdaw (Kaja) was also ringed, becoming the 12th to be ringed on Landsort. The first Swift (Tornseglare), Sand Martin (Backsvala) and Yellow Wagtail (Gulärla) of the year were seen migrating north.
