A bright and still start to the day becoming cooler as it became overcast and breezy. The first stare (starling) chicks in nestboxes were ringed during the afternoon, six näktergal (thrush nightingale) were heard singing between the Observatory and north harbour. A gulärla (yellow wagtail) flew over going north and a göktyta (wryneck) was calling to the west of the Observatory. The kråka (hooded crow) was the second ringed at Landsort.

55 birds ringed: Sädesärla (white wagtail) 1, rödhake (robin) 1, näktergal (thrush nightingale) 1, härmsångare (icterine warbler) 3, ärtsångare (lesser whitethroat) 20, törnsångare (whitethroat) 5, svarthätta (blackcap) 1, gransångare (chiffchaff) 1, lövsångare (willow warbler) 6, kråka (hooded crow) 1, bofink (chaffinch) 1. There were 13 stare (starling) chicks ringed in nestboxes in the afternoon.
